How I can help

Does the idea of networking make you cringe? Do you freeze when you hear that most people find their next job through a personal relationship? Natalie works with her clients to understand their network, figure out what’s holding them back from cultivating and engaging the network, and finally, putting a networking plan into action. Along the way, she shares the secrets of bringing the spirit of a small town with you wherever you are. Natalie can facilitate this with individuals, work groups and community organizations through 1:1 coaching, small group coaching, and workshops.

Testimonials

The concept of mentorship is something many organizations tout as a key to professional development, but it’s a relationship many individuals struggle to define and execute. Recognizing this, my center recruited Natalie Siston to present on mentorship to clear up a number of key questions: How does one know if they’re ready to be a mentor? How does such a relationship start – or end? How is a mentor different from a sponsor or a coach? Natalie did an exceptional job not only answering these questions but in organizing her entire presentation in a clear, thoughtful manner, delivering her content in a polished but personable way that resonated extremely well with our crowd. She comes highly recommended from our center as a thought leader in this subject matter area.
