Most of life is in-between moments. Whether we’re waiting for email replies at work, waiting for our family to get ready to go, waiting in a line to order a coffee. Waiting can create many emotions — varying from feelings of excitement and anticipation to anxiousness and nervousness.
But what about the moments in between waiting? When do we notice the stillness and solitude of not moving? How do we step back and appreciate waiting and watching things unfold, like watching the beauty of snowflakes gently falling from the sky?
