Belinda MJ Brown was born and raised in France in the late 70’s by a wonderful and loving single Mom. She grew up in a low-income neighborhood and always was an optimistic idealist. In her 20’s her friends often tried to hold her closer to the ground because they could not see what she was perceiving. She worked harder and harder not because she ought to but because she believed in in a strong vision about changing the world. In 2007, she emigrated to the United States and established her life and later on her coaching business.

Her passion for coaching manifested in 2005, when she enlisted her first transition coach at age 28 years in Paris, France. It was an intriguing and powerful process reserved at the time to a limited audience of executives of top 40 companies. The process helped her to uncover the person she knew she had the potential to be and discovered a realm of unlimited opportunities.

In 2011, she sought the path to become an Executive Coach with iPEC and ICF to hold the space for leaders – which can be anyone who has the desire to lead by choice whether the choices are related to life, career, team, relationships, or organization – wanting to experience growth and transformation in any areas.

Her initial niche was male leaders and their global organizations to assist them successfully enhance their performance in a wide range of areas including leadership transformation and organizational development. She quickly realized her clientele became more feminine and since she has been dedicating her energy and her research in developing a model to empower Women and Global Leaders. Her areas of focus can be put into 3 general topics:

  1. Self-Awareness and Emotional Intelligence
  2. Women Leadership Development
  3. Leadership in a Globalized and Diverse Environment

Her extensive background and experience has proven to be of extreme value for her individual and corporate clients. Some of her work consists of debunking myths and addressing real challenges encountered by her female and diverse clients in the corporate environment. By becoming self-aware, developing communication skills and embracing their uniqueness, my clients can develop strategies and create new opportunities for personal growth, career success and organizational change.
